Have been fantastic.

It has been a total refurbishment of a four-bedroom single story 1970s bungalow, including full re-roof, doors, windows, ceilings, plaster, wire and plumb. We selected Nigel and the team after quite a drawn-out quote process (not Harcol’s issue), where we learned that Nigel is responsive, patient and flexible. These are essential when you’re home is about to be refurbished, you want someone that will respond to calls / texts and Nigel is always swift to reply. He helped us through the building control process (we had our completion visit last week) and has been the point person for all of the various trades and contacts he’s needed to complete the job. Second is, neighbours. Our neighbours have only had positive things to share on the team. They have been polite, cheerful and courteous - and that is through some really rough and cold weather this winter. This was reassuring when we weren’t onsite. What have we learned? That sometimes you don’t have much time to make choices (e.g., on tiles and things) and while Nigel was flexible, it would have lessened the stress we personally felt on these things if we’d been more prepared. More a lesson learned than a negative, if that makes sense. We have no hesitation in recommending Nigel, based on our experience.

Kitchen Extension

Very happy with the extension built by Harcol. Harrison and Nigel, plus the lads delivered a great build in a very professional manner. Very tidy and safe, was never a messy site, tells you all you need to know really. Standard of work was spot on, very polite and professional, really good with neighbours (which goes a long way!!), great with families inc dogs! Hit a couple of unforeseen building problems, both dealt with easily without any drama. Really nice guys, will 100% work with them on next project.

We built a stud wall to divide Anna’s filing cabinets from the snug we also put a door in there to make it easy access and finally plastered it to make it look original to the room.

Harrison put up a partition wall, with door and plastered it. The result is great. Really good job. Harrison is very friendly and easy to talk to. He works hard and will put his customers first. This is the third job Harrison has completed for me and I wouldn't hesitate to utilise his services again.

Ground Floor Rear Extension

Good work done all round on a big project for us. Very efficient and good quality work.

Sean hired up to fix his walls in his bedroom so we gave them a new lease of life and re plastered the ceilings and all walls.

Plastered a large bedroom ceiling and walls. Harrison and his team have done work at my property before — always clean, reliable and reasonably priced!!
